Miyako Sushi and Hibachi: Your Premier Destination for Sushi and Hibachi Delights in Augusta, GA

First off, amazing atmosphere. I love the vibe, the portion sizes are amazing and the STAFF, don’t get me started. I want to specifically point out the manager SUSAN, she was an amazing person to have the pleasure of meeting. Susan made sure to seat me quickly, made sure I was comfortable and was overall really sweet. I had an issue with my food but once it was brung up to Susan she handled it immediately, not only did she get my food made correctly, she made sure I was ok and that really speaks volumes. Great job miyako! Great job Susan!

Hands down some of the best sushi I’ve ever had. The shrimp tempura roll was unreal crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor. The rice held perfectly and never got soggy. Every ingredient tuna, crab, shrimp was fresh and generously portioned. You could taste the actual meat in every bite, not just filler. The spicy tuna roll melted in your mouth, with a great balance between crunch and clean tuna flavor you could tell it was fresh. The spicy crab roll delivered just enough heat to be noticed without overpowering the crab, which is hard to find. Plus all this for 30 dollars plus 2 drinks wasn't bad compared to other I’ve been to with lower quality food. Service was solid, the atmosphere chill, but the sushi? Top tier. 5 out of 5 will definitely be coming back.

One of my favorite spots in Augusta. Been coming here for years, and even though I moved and haven’t be back in years they still don’t miss. I normally don’t get the salmon, but I tried it and it was good. The rice and veggies are on point, and this is the spot that got me hooked on flavored sake. I have never sat at the grill, so if that experience is different I would not know. Shout out to Rhonda one of the best bar managers in the biz.

We came here for dinner and was not disappointed. I’ve never been so I was excited to try it out We ordered a few different types of sushi and hibachi meals We start off strong with vegetable tempura. Not bad at all- I just wish they had mushrooms added to it and more onions Then came the soup and salad- salad was refreshing, cold and crispy and the soup was flavorful and hot Sushi arrived and by the accounts of the ones who ordered it, it was very good and none was left on the plate Filet Mignon hibachi plates came out and it was delicious. Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly, vegetables had lots of flavor and rice was delicious Waitress was kind, patient and attentive Overall, it was a great meal and experience and I would like to return

This was my second time eating here. The first was with a large group for hibachi (which was fantastic and had huge portions) and this time was for sushi with my husband. Everything was fresh, delicious, brought to us quickly and was beautifully presented.

Beautiful establishment and very clean. Well kept restrooms. Nice thick cuts of fresh sashimi. Great presentation of food. Warm, friendly, attentive, eager employees. Prices are reasonable. Ample parking. Fast seating. Easy and fast to pay without waiting long for the tab to arrive after enjoying food and beverages.

This has been my favorite place for years; the food is always just as delicious, it has never disappointed me, and the service is excellent. Jocelyn is the one I always ask to serve us because she's a very nice waitress and is always attentive to our needs.

Food was amazing, we sat at the bar and the service was even better, absolutely love the atmosphere. Highly recommend if your looking for a intimate date or a business lunch
